The apartment has 2 separate entrances and an exit to huge balconies. Everything can be additionally partitioned with drywalls if desired.

The business space has gas central heating, water according to consumption and its own electric meters. A building maintenance fee needs to be paid by the lessee, and there are balconies overlooking Nova cesta (for the smokers).
